No Confirmation Email Of Approved Web Hosting my application for web hosting has been approved no email sent

hiyou have approved my application for free web hosting 9 july 2006 however i have waited for the confirmation email with instructions to register for free web hosting although no email has been sent. i have checked both inbox and bulk email regularly but no email in either.please could you resend the email confirming free web space approvel with instructions.username: winniwitchemail: josh_jenkins7@hotmail.comsubdomain name: THE_GALLERY.astahost.com

Firstly, congratulations for a new account on Xisto.

 

You have already (almost) got your account and you really should be waiting for 10 days to get started! But anyway, being a happily hosted member of Xisto, I'd like to give you the following details-Go to https://support.xisto.com/ (Not linked, do manually)

Then click on "1.Create a hosting account"

Now that your account has been approved, you must not have any problem registering here using your Xisto login ID.

After you complete the registration, I thoroughly recommend that you save the last page of the registration process for later reference. It has important details that you'd need while starting up for your hosting account.

Actually - don't bother with the mail As Omkar pointed out, since you already have been approved, you can simply go to the process page and create your account. The mail is simply a notification and doesn't contain any special link that'll enable ONLY you to create the account. The system already knows about your account and you can create it from the process page anytime you want.
