Error Accessing Forum Topics Cant access certain forum topics

Hi. I have been experiencing difficulty accessing certain forum topics. This started quite some time back, but I always thought that the forum topics have been completely deleted, thus I'm not able to access it. Now, however, I just saw a forum topic that I could not access previously being in the last post column. I tried again but still I could not access it. The forum topic in this case is "Shoutbox Display Names".Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

Topics in the staff only section appear in the recent post/topic lists, but are still not able to be accessed by the general board populous.
