Mysql Data Files *.dat

Hey guys i'm builing my website on my pC i have php and Mysql installed, also running Apache server. Well lately i've uploaded my site to my Xisto account, and i've created the my site requested tables,but know i want to copy the database(full) from Xisto account to my home pc. Ive tryed to export data but its keeping send me an Sql error. Is there anyway to access my mysql *.dat file ?

Just use PHPMyAdmin in your CPanel and export as simple text which you could save or a file gzipped or not ? what SQL error it returns if you already done this? I don't have any problems exporting my sql code. There is no access to .dat file of your database. :o
