My Thug2 Disk Has Stopped Working

My copy of Tony Hawk's Underground 2 has stopped working. Looking at the back of the disk I can see that it has a graze on it. Does anyone know how I could repair this? Or do I have to buy a new copy?

I don't think you can repair it, but you can try cleaning it!!! You can try going to some nearby computer shop and ask for cleaning liquid and cloth, or you can just try cleaning it with alcohol that doesn't contain any sugar (I think you can buy it in some drug stores). If that doesn't work, I can't help you:(If you do this it may solve the problem for a while, but if your CD has a crack there is nothing you can do about it.P.S. Take better care of your CDs!!!
