soleimanian 0 Report post Posted October 23, 2005 Allow pop-ups from HTTPS URL Many sites use pop-up windows to display Ads or messages You can use Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker in Windows Xp SP2 to block pop-up windows But, some secure sites displays helpful pop-up widows, for examples Banks, online shops, You can change the Pop-up Blocker settings to display helpful pop-up widows from HTTPS URLs 1- Run Windows Registry Editor, Click Start > click Run > and type regedit 2- Find following : HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Internet Explorer \ New Windows 3- In right panel double click “AllowHTTPS” key and change value to 1 4- If “AllowHTTPS” does not exist, create a new DWORD and name it AllowHTTPS and give it value of 1 5- To disable this setting give value of 0 6- Close Registry Editor and restart your computer Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
