Another Bad Note For Bush

Recommended Posts

I don't know if anyone has heard about this, but apparently George W. Bush was going to have something like an interview or something like that with some soldiers in Iraq, and his secretary of publicity or something like that was rehearsing what they where to say to him, this was all caught on video and released (trying to find this now...)and she said something like "If he asks something we didn't go over I hope you'll make us proud", so I guess in a way that's so much as goodbye to the limited freedome of speech we do have left. Is it just me or does anyone else dislike Bush even less now?I really hope he commits a crime so he can be impeached already, why did anybody vote for him, that war is rediculous!!! :PNow this is getting me started on other things too... I remember reading after Hurrican Katrina that someone in Asia said that America was paying for invading Iraq, this makes me really mad, and even slightly racist which I hate to think myself as, I don't think anyone in the rest of the world really understands that few people in America support Bush, and as far as I am concerned those who do are complete idiotic fools.I really am disgusted with the World right now, it's time like these that I'd opt to nuke the rest of the world, but I geuss that's a bit extreme and childish... Oh well...:mellow::P

Rehearsed? Yes. Scripted on the soldiers' side? No. They were going over the questions, so they'd answer as best possible. As in, without mistakes. They came up with their answers, they just got pointers.

Gee, ya think people voted for him because even though he may not be the best president we've had, he was a heck of a lot better than Kerry?

Uh, how are conservatives complete idiotic fools?

No, I'm saying anyone who supports him and his ideas are complete idiotic fools, I've seen only a few ideas or effects of his administration that where good, actually a better phrase would be not terrible.

Great article, I remember the protests and stuff (I'm a Vietnam Era Vet) but that kind of mess ain't gonna happen this time. When I come home on leave and when I got out I tried my best to look like a civilian because of the attitude that was so prevelant back then, but these guys are held more in honor than comtempt like guys like me back then, Plus the voluntered which I did also so I could at least go into the Navy instead of the army... Hell now days they don't even carry a draft card, even when I went into the service I didn't want to give them mine, at least till I finished boot...it was a federal offense not to have one back then. Times have changed and I hope for the better, but with the liberal press and media they sure do try their best to make those with poor logic skills believe what they want them to.

that is a fairly astonishing article. im very sure that it is not a real transcript of a real conversation. don't get me wrong though it did raise some valid points. but that conversation is hardly a reason for war.

that article was most likely writen by the kind of political person that doesn't understand rational political debate. the kind of person that believes that socialism is the same as communism and the communism is a plot to inprison the entire world population. the kind of person who uses those words as insults.

Hassan: How about Milosevic?
Majid: Theyâre OK with him on trial -- except the group called International ANSWER, which supported him, because he was a Socialist.

That is rubbish, you dont surport mass murderers becasue they share your opinions.

Although i agree that saddam was an evil dictator, i dont agree that unprovoked military action sold on the lie that he represented a real threat to the safety of people living in europe or the usa was the right decision. but now that we are there i certainly agree that we should surport them until they have a proper country. don't assume that all anti iraq war people are pro withdrawal.

there were other options and other ways that saddam could have been overthrown. at the end of the first gulf war their was a popular unrising against saddam by a coalition of groups that the allies said they were going to surport. but they didnt, they left and saddam cruelly crushed these groups. maybe they backed out because some of these groups were connected to the iraq communist party, a proud tradition in iraqi politics.

thats all from me for the moment.

George Bush did not start a war with Iraq his father entered a war that was sanctioned by the United Nations which is usually referred to as the Gulf War, however that war did not end, it merely had a cease fire after Iraq was removed from Kuwait and most of Iraq military was defeated either by killing them or capturing them or they fled the military and deserted. Saddam Hussein was allowed to remain in power during the cease fire but there were restrictions and conditions placed on Saddam Hussein to prevent the resumption of the war (Gulf War) and one was a no fly zone for Iraqi aircraft plus Iraq was firing at United States Aircraft enforcing the no fly zone (that in itself was a violation which could have resulted in resumption of war) plus he was to allow inspectors to check facilities (this ended up being a farce) which he kicked out of Iraq in 1998 that also could have resulted in resuming the war (Gulf War). I could go on and on.

Bush did not lie that Saddam Hussein was a threat not only to the United States (remeber Saddam tried to have the first president Bush assisinated) there were terrorist traning camps in Iraq where terrorists were training in actual aircraft fuselages to practice hijacking an aircraft. I believe that the jets that were flown into the Twin Towers were hijacked by terrorists. A weapon of mass destruction needs to be more clearly defined, any chemical, biological, or radiological agent can cause mass death or fatal illness. Serin gas, mustard gas nerve gas, anthrax, smallpox and other biologicals can be contained easily in a one gallon container and wipe out an entire city.

The Air Force General that was second in command in Saddam Husseins military saw the movement of biological, chemical, and radiological agents and apparatus to produce the aforementioned agents or devices. They were placed into 747 that had had all the seats removed and flown to Syria as well as placed on trucks just prior to the United States resuming the origional Gulf War (not start a new one). Just last week there were twelve hours of tapes of Saddam Hussein released and translated by one of the weapons inspectors that reveal the plans to move these weapons and how to hide such from inspectors or prevent inspectors from ever finding anything of value. You can believe anything that you wish but that does not mean that it is true or even right to have such a belief.

Gulf War 1 may have been UN sanctioned. but im quite sure it had finshed becasue if there was still an official war then the UN would haven't needed to allow the second war. if there was still a war going on then the UN would have sanctioned a second war. the fact is they didn't and america and britain went against the international community. we are not the world police, we don't have that right.

Bush did not lie that Saddam Hussein was a threat not only to the United States (remeber Saddam tried to have the first president Bush assisinated) there were terrorist traning camps in Iraq where terrorists were training in actual aircraft fuselages to practice hijacking an aircraft.

The war was sold on the specific claim that Saddam could launch warheads with active wmd in it. That wasn't true. The 45 minute claim was absolutly rubbish and that it fact. Are you quite sure that those camps were in Iraq? i could believe the iraq/iran border. There are many reasons to believe that Al-Qaeda were not confortably settled in Iraq. One big reason is that Iraq was [still is] a target for islo-facist extreamists becasue it was secular. It was not an islamic state, the aim of these kind of groups. Also the delay in the resistance coming into strength would suggest that it took time to get people into the country.

All for now.

Wow have you been talking to the wrong people . let me ask you a few small questions ! why do you think we are at war ? 2 Do you really think we are there for the oil and if so why do the prices keep going up if we are taking it from iraq ? 3 Do you know any of Sadam huseins history of violence to his own people ? 4 Would you rather we now fight against terrorist and just have repeated actions against the US as we had on 9 11 . I am truely sorry that you cannot find it in your heart to have an attitude that perhaps just perhaps our president knew or knows something you don't . I mean he does have the CIA and FBI to keep him informed all we have is the liberal media who is for the most part slanted to tell us whatever makes any republican president look bad . I will agree that Bush has made a few errors . We should have never brought home troops untill it was all over, rather than bring home most of them . and instead of imprisoning Sadam they really should have just trown a grenade into the hole they found him in .would have saved alot of tax money .

First of all, let me say something about terrorism. This kind of attitude or act by some muslims are due to the international policy the USA made upon thier country. Do you think they were born terrorist? They were not, they were raise and thought to become the person they are now by the actions of USA governments. These people could not fight USA might in a straight forward war. USA or its supported groups murdered their people and the only way to avenge them is by an act of terrorism. Although it should not be a justification but its the only way they knew how to fight a war in which their enemy is a super power. Now about the war, its about the oil nothing more. The 911 thing is a gift for US government for it gave them reason to declare war without bounderies. These means they will no longer respect soveriegnty. IF YOU ARE NOT WITH US, YOU ARE AGAINTS US! Remember those terrefying words? I could go on forever, I could even give you a history of how US troops murdered over 600,000 Filipinos in the Philippine - American war were in one occassion they wipe out a whole community of Filipino becuase they think that we are a sub-species of humanity. Remember IN WAR, THERE IS A PROFIT. THOSE WHO COLLECT IT ARE THE PERSONS MAKING WAR POSSIBLE. AFTER ALL, WAR IS CREATED TO CONTROL, MAKE PROFIT AND TO SHOW POWER. If you study the history of war, it is all based on it.
