Go to FILTER-> DISTROT-> GLASS. Distortion 5 Smoothness 3Texture Tiny LenseScaling 100%Go to EDIT-> FADE GLASS. Opacity 66% Mode Overlay Go to FILTER-> RENDER-> LIGTNING EFFECTS and apply a random Spotlight Effects.Go to FILTER-> DISTROT-> WAVE and use the default settings. Go again dirctly to EDIT-> FADE WAVE. Opacity 60% Mode Lighten Go to EDIT-> TRANSFORM-> PERSeCTIVE. Pull the triggers outside.
