My Account? Is it still on the server?

Hello,

I have a question about my account. Ive been away for quite a long time and now that I have more time and plan to keep my account. My credits were negative when I left. Now when I logged in Ive had 0. I read about the new credit system, but I have 10 credits now, may you reactivate my old account, or do I have to reapply for a new account with the same domain?

How deeply negative were you? If you went below -30 then your old account is gone, I'm afraid to say. You must reapply, and all files have been deleted. If you never dropped to -30 or below, your site should reenble itself shortly.~Viz

Thanks for your reply.Im not quite sure how many credits I had...I could be that it was less than -30. Well, I didnt have anything important on it...But could please anybody check on that, I mean if the account is really deleted. If so, I will reapply.thanks

You are not hosted as you are in the members group. If you were you would be in the hosted group instead.Also, as you had zero when you logged on, it indicates that your credits were reset and your files were deleted.
