jacky5283 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2005 I'm a fan of Macromedia programs, but, i don't understand the use of freehand, it seems like a type of drawing program, but how to draw it and make the drawing into like a painting. Musubi 0 Report post Posted August 13, 2005 Macromedia freehand is a vector drawing program. It's just like flash, but it can make decent and professional vector art. Vector art is scalable and has a smaller size because it's determined by numbers, not by bitmaps. As far as I know freehand is sometimes used in designing houses because it can make really detailed vector images. Flash does not make detailed images. That's like comparing fireworks and flash. I've had trouble with understanding you. I think you have imported a bitmap image to the program. The program tries to "make" the bitmap a vector image, and that makes the image look "like a painting". Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
