enve19 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2005 My apologies if this is in the wrong section, i didnt know where the best place would be to put it. Please move to the appropriate place if needed.I have microsoft encarta installed on aproximately 400 machines where i work. Since the forced installation of Service pack 2, it has failed to work correctly. It will eventually load up but as tests show (and lessons only last 50 mins) it is pointless even bothering to open it. It also affects the running of the machines to when trying to open it.Does anyone know of any conflictions between the two?I know there are a few problems with certain programs and SP2, but i would have thought that they would have fixed any problems with their own programs. Also maybe someone may know of a patch in existence to solve this problem. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated. You would also give me a holiday over the summer as this is the only reason i have to come in during the summer holidays. Thanks in advance
