Upgrade Question How much credits does it cost?

How much credits does it cost to upgrade from plan 1 to plan 2? 50MB (or was it 20, I just forgot) isn't enough when I upload my existing site to this new server (I think).

It cost 10 credits for fist packageAnd 30 credits for second,But it also costs 30 credits for upgrading from first to second.That's what i'm doing now
