Cannot Use Cpanel After Soho Installed

Hello, thanks for reading maybe you can help,I was trying to redesign my site using Soholaunch Pro Edition , and installed it using fantastico, but now have decided against.I had a new login for that site, but now cannot access cpanel. (my site/cpanel) as before.I am now trying to uninstall Soholaunch Pro Edition, but cannot as i cannot access my cpanel.i seem to have now mysite/sohoadmin, but cant work out how to uninstall this from here.My ftp program can no longer log in either.any ideas??thankschris(have i explained it correctly? probably not, i am not 2 technical)
