CD-R Drivers Error 19 Registry Fix

If your drives are not working and you have tried everything to fix the problem Follow These Steps -Start, Run, Regedit, find key, select key, expand it. then delete the to sub keys listed. I have no idea what they mean. I ran into the same problem after adding a BackPack-CDR to my system.Good Luck- Fuzz

which key should we find and expand? When recommending people to edit the registry, be sure to be very specific as the registry is a very important piece of the OS. Also, before editing the registry, be sure to back it up.~Viz

Where did you get this tip from ? That find key, delete key should have contained the name of the whole key which looks somewhat like HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Driver\Unimodem\Init and \Settings - the key that you're supposed to edit, is missing from your instructions. So I suggest you go back to the site you got these instr. from and try get that key which you're supposed to edit.
