Preston1405241484 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2005 Ok, so I fill in the https://support.xisto.com/ just as stated with the web address finance.astahost.com and the rest filed in and click submit. I then get the message that it is not a valid subdomain of Xisto, this isn't Xisto so I click ok and the type yes to confirm and it process my request. I get the completed message and now my site doesnt work, my cpanel doesnt work and it recons my ftp address is ftp.finance.astahost.com.com which isn't right. Please help.
