Using My Ftp what username and password should i use

i don't know how to log into my ftp account.I have tried several passwords, the one the inicially gave me.. but the a i change my password.. i used that one.. that didn't work eitherthen i tried creating an account with the sma euseranme they gave me and using the password i selected... that didn't work either.. help me!!!thanks

ftp host: ftp.yoursite.astahost.comusername: your cpanel usernamepassword: your cpanel passwordif you create an ftp username in cPanel, then you have to login as username@yoursite.astahost.comeg. my site is stickboarder.info.
