One good website that lists freeware programs in relation to website tools can be found on: http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/freeware.html

 

This website lists freeware programs of anything that can be freeware. There is a section called Webtools (or something similar to that), you can find a lot of free web tools.

My favorite freeware website that includes web building tools is:

This website includes a rating system so you would know if the program was good or not. Some of my favorite freeware programs were on this web site. Just my suggestion.

I'm no admin but I beleive it says in the rules that instead of "double posting you should edit the post you've just done. My gues is it was an accident though as you even repsted the link . It's a great site by the way it has tonnes of tools to use and all free.
