Rock u r mind until u get an idea of wat u r interested in.. i mean u r hobbies such as sports music, games etc.... Try to get a template.. if u need templates i can give, I have a bunch of them....Then stick to a good HTML editor i wud suggest macromedia Dreamweaver u cn download a trial version.. IF u r not that serious in u r website . Use a content management system such as phpnuke or mambo. coz it has inbuilt forums too.. this is jus a suggestion.
