ryan012 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2004 I install ADSL few days ago, and what happened is that I can connect to ICQ or download perfectly everyday, but some times I can not browse internet, and try to reboot the ADSL router will solve the problem. Is anyone know how that's happened? Is it because some P2P download and upload?

helix1405241470 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2004 I've had that problem before but the browser NEVER worked while the IMs would always work, not just sometimes. I would contact your ISP. I'm sure it's something simple that they can help you with easily.
