soleimanian 0 Report post Posted September 12, 2004 Do you know that you can put a background for IE Toolbars and windows?For this run "Regedit", just type regedit in "Run" from start menu.Go to following address : HKEY_current_user\software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar in the right side of window double click on Backbitmap, and select your picture with bmp or gif format.
