honmore 0 Report post Posted September 3, 2004 Normally for all professional hosting folder path (remote) is /public_html or /www. In another webhost it had a folder like /<yourwholesubdomain> where <yourwholesubdomain> is the subdomain provided by the webhost. What is the criteria for remote folder path? daniel151405241469 0 Report post Posted September 4, 2004 if you are asking where the files for your website are in the ftp, then the answer is /www/ and /public_html/ (both are the same). Subdomains are usually stored at /www/subdomainname/ or /public_html/subdomainname/ but from memory are customizable in cPanel.
