Help Creating Private Server!

I really need help creating a private server urgently and cant find help anywhere on the web i would really really really appreciate it guys if you can help me, all what i have now is the game files and couple of pcs, the name of the game is Deco Online, was hosted by joymax but has closed due to inactive gms, and no gameguard. i was really really hoping this game comes back to life because i cant wait to enjoy another second of it, i also know too much people who want it back, i have also created a fan website that has an aim to bring the game back deco-online.webs.com.To know exactly the contents of the game folder please check this link (http://imageshack.com/f/nqv6mhj)i have also attached it.Your time is really appreciated, i dont know how much to thank you if you can solve my problem !

Hamachi is one of the software which can be used to create a virtual local area network and play games online.

 

You can try using Garena client which does not require any configurations done by the user. Garena client is the leading software which is used by many gamers to play different games online. Download and install Garena on the computer and tell your friends also to install the software. Once the software is installed, create a user id and password and then connect to the Garena server. Once connected join the room which is created for the game and country from which you are playing. Start the game and then create the server. Tell your friends to join the same room and start the game. Now they will be able to see your game server in Lan tab of games.
