Some of his restaurants have high scores from restaurant star measure organisations. The rumour is that he is millionair. He makes mostly two kind of programs. In 1 of his programs he looks for a person who wins to run 1 of his restaurants. The other program is a show in which he tries to save a restaurant from getting bankrupt. His approach is a bit controversial. He swears a lot. And he has a habit to be angry to people in order to let them obey him. On the other hand it seems he can really help restaurant owners who got lost. His program is usually set up in the same order. He comes into the restaurant, meets the owner and orders a lunch. So he sees what the food the restaurant offers looks and tasts like. Then he meets the kitchen crew. He checks the quality of the kitchen and the refridgerators. He inspects how clean the kitchen and the place where the food is stored are. If necessary he let them clean everything. A clean kitchen seems to be his base for improving the restaurant.
