Use the following code:

<object width="550" height="400"><param name="movie" value="somefilename.swf"><embed src="somefilename.swf" width="550" height="400"></embed></object>

But obviously, change the value of value, embed src, and the width and height. You can also use %/percentages for width and height. This is HTML for those of you wondering...
