pcitech 0 Report post Posted July 23, 2010 Hey all, new user here. Looks like a lot of smart people here so I thought I'd ask my question here. :)I'm setting up an RMA submit form for users with problems with their devices that they purchase from my workplace. The url in question is here:http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/(I took the submit button off for now)My managers decided they wanted something more comprehensive and in a table format when the email is received by us. Something that looks like this:http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/404.png would be the best way to go about setting up forms which will send an email to us with either a good looking table, or even a .doc or .xls file that is sent from the server?I'm hoping to be able to do this without needing to access a MySQL database but if that's not possible let me know. Thanks in advance!-PCI Tech
