Yeah most people now tag there videos with popular things so they can get more views. Which is fair enough I do sometimes.

Yeah.... Go on youtube. Some kid has over 800 tags with tags such as "Free PS3" or "porn" and "sexy women fingering" but the video was a scam trying to get people to enter their passwords and emails (rather like a phishing program)....
And i googled Xisto too. Some weird indian stuff?

Some firms try to hook onto their competitor's popularity by including the competitor's brand names into their meta keywords. It's unethical, but there are firms out there that did do it. Meta tags aren't something that show up in the browser so they are harder to spot for the average user - it is only when you get into the HTML markup that you get to see them. Apart from attaching popular tags, some articles are crafted to include specific keywords that are totally irrelevant to the website and therefore are misleading. Why do people do it? Poor standards of ethics. People would do just about anything to make a quick buck.

:P bunch of weird indian meditation stuff comes up :) I dunno what Xisto in anyway relates to meditation but when I search Xisto Xisto and a bunch of reviews for it :) I wonder if someday this thread will come up as the first result for "Xisto" or "Xisto" that would be the best event in history :DSincerly, ~Caleb outz!

It is becoming very annoying and I think Youtube should be doing something about this. They could add it to the stage of processing, as many of you may know after you upload any video it will be processed usually a staff member will look at the video first before it is fully published. Why can they not look at the tags and delete the irrelevant ones. :/ This may take some time to crack down on however to many videos are coming up under the wrong things now.
