Phpbb 2.0.11 Login Error When I or my users try to log in...

When trying to log in this happens:

 

First try: Cannot Display page shows

 

... so we go back and try again ...

 

Second try: nothing but a blank, white screen that is trying to load but doesn't

 

... so we go back to the forum and then we are shown as logged in.

 

So... we can log in, but this is a bad process. How can I get someone to fix this? From cPanel I wanted to submit a supposrt request but that feature is disabled.

i also had some problems with my phpbb forums earlier. there seems to be some problem with mysql.
