kleong 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2009 A new ruling was put in place and come next season, all clubs must name 8 "home grown players" in their 25man squad. "Home grown" means players from England and Wales or train with the club for 3years and is below 18years of age.The argument given for the new ruling is to protect the nation fledging footballers.
