It is a "traditional" webpage and email oriented service.If you want a cheap or free speak server, you may have a look at http://www.freeventriloserver.com/ or http://www.freeteamspeakservers.com/, but I cannot guarantee their service quality.If you want a RELIABLE speak server, purchase a paid service.
