Two Compoments Of Shoutbox

Hi. This topic is suppose to be pointing at the Admins as this is a situation only they can resolve.

 

@ OpaQue OR BH: You have 2 components installed that are the same thing. There are two links of the shoutbox witch are put on AFTER the installation of D22-Shoutbox. I see you've not removed it so I am thinking you cannot find where to do it, no?

 

I am very sorry if this does not look and/or sound good at your end due to thinking I am backseat-admining or something like that because I am not, and I am in no position or need to be warned for this.

 

Go to Admin CP -> ADMIN -> Manage Components. Use the useful method on Firefox/Internet Explorer or what ever your browser is (Note: your browsers key shortcuts may be different to Firefox and Internet Explorer.) CTRL+F. Then type "Shoutbox". Press "ENTER" a few times to see if it finds two. If it does, then click the button to disable it. There-as the otherone will still be enabled.
