Dial Up Connection In Vista With Cdma Phone need help

I have problem with making Dial Up Connection in Vista Basic (Home Edition) with CDMA Phone.
Here in Nepal, Nepal Telecom (CDMA phone and internet provider in Nepal) Give us to Use internet through sky phone (wireless cdma phone).
I configure many times dial up connection with land line phones on vista but I want to configure dial up connection in Vista using cdma phone with usb. As provider give us this manual to make connection but it is in 2000.
