He will invest the biggest part for the IT Sector. Exactly that are 19 Billion Dollars. That money will be invested for E-documents for prevence and for computerization to all medicine documents in the next 5 years. With this computerization, as he says, will be reduced the costs of money for the medicine sector. This money will be used for prevence of the health, and prevention of medical mistakes which costs more than 1000 lives yearly. 2.5 Billion Dollars will be invested for credits for extending the WAN infrastructure of USA; 200 Million Dollars for extending the capacity of the public computers in the colledges and libraries and 250 Million Dollars will be grants for innovative programs. 6 Billion Dollars will be guaranteed for crediting for reversable and mobility technologies.
