Are Scripts Allowed? [resolved]

Hello.

Is website scripts from Scripts.com allowed on Xisto Hosting Accounts? I don't know witch scripts are allowed and witch are not. It'd help me alot if I knew if they are or are not allowed.

You can install any script you want or need as long as you do not violate the Xisto Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.And remember that you are on a Shared Server, so any scripting that consumes excessive CPU or resources is cause for Admins to restrict your account.

I just want to add, although all scripts from that website are allowed, you may encounter some scripts that aren't, and those are:

These types of scripts are completely banned :-

IRC egg drops

Proxy servers

Mail bombers

Anonymous mailers

IP spoofers

Port scanners

Hivemail

Telnet or SSH Access Scripts

nph-proxy (and other scripts what operates like proxy)

UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board, all versions)

lstmrge.cgi

phpShell

FormMail.cgi, FormMail.pl from Matt's Script Archive are not allowed
