I have just purchased from abroad a 16 gb memory card ( SONY ) ?????

it reads it in my pc? and allows me to add files etc etc etc

BUT

will not work in my PSP ?

I have the psp3000 new version?

My 1gb and 2gb cards work? but then they were bought from this country?

the 16gb was from HONG KONG ??

Any help or advise would be greatful.

Hi, I had the exact same problem with a magic gate memory card I purchased from ebay (shipped from Hong Kong to Australia). It looked exactly like a genuine Sony memory stick pro duo, but it turns out it was a fake. I purchased a genuine one from a store, that worked with no problems.Sorry that you have had this same problem, it's best to be conservative when buying memory cards online and stick to trusted sellers, even if it costs a litttle more as getting duped ends up costing more in the long run
