Have any of you played Requiem : Bloody Mayre yet ???

 

I dont tend to go for MMOrpg's but I started playing this one a few weeks ago and it is amazing

 

Even though there are as usual payed features the actual free2play part of the game is amazing and very extensive !!! you are not limited if you dont pay...

 

The only extra's that you do really get are extra exp and drop chances below is a grid

And one of the bonuses is that you do not have to be a pay2play member to use the item mall unlike some other MMOrpg's

 

The game also has a friends system and you can create upto 8 characters

 

The download is pretty hefty at 2.5gb or there abouts but it is worth it.

The theme of the game is horror and it is the only MMO that successfully create a true horror environment based on mutated creatures with some gore effects in combat. Though the gameplay may feel linear in some ways but in overall its quest driven and in occasion, you will need to settle on grind for levels.

I played a little but did not like it. Did not really see the horror part of it just a lot of gore. Creature exploding in giants blood baths. That's not really horror. The quests did not give allot of xp and they wore not many so grinding is your main xp source. Did not like it one bit.
