64 Bit Nic Driver problem finding driver

Till date I was using windows xp sp2 and everything was fine.

Today I upgraded to windows xp x64 Edition sp2.

 

Every thing is working fine, but there is one problem....my lan card is not working because..I don't have the required driver for it.

I don't know where to find it...I have tried serching for it...but none worked.

 

My onboard lan card is working fine....but the PCI one is not working....what I have got is a 10/100 lan card from INTEX...the driver provided with that was...Silan sc92031 NIC driver....

It works on windows 98,2000,2003 and xp....and not on xp 64 edition...

 

does anyone has any Idea...what should I do...I am a server in my hostel...so I desperately need the lan card to work...

please help..

Possible to change the LAN card to D-Link or other known brand? I googled around and you are not alone, many who changed to XP 64-bit faced the same problem.
