Cpanel Webmail Problem I cannot receive emails

Hey guys.I sent a password reset email from a site to sky@central-gaming.trap17.com, and it does not arrive. I've had alot of emails for password resets and I cannot receive them. My mailbox says that the folder is EMPTY. Even if I click "(Check mail)" I get nothing. I have tried and tried to refresh continuous times already, but still no results and no emails.I've tried looking at my options and settings, both are no use to me with this issue. Support with this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,-Sky.

What internet provider have you got? It could show how slow your message sending is, or the reset email form is not working from the website.
