The thing that makes this website unique is that the redirect actually makes sense. The website is http://www.isour.biz/ (business) but I believe you can choose http://www.isour.ws/ (website) and http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/ (organization) You can choose http://my-page.isour.biz/ etc. for free (with a small ad bar). Xedos 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2005 I personaly don't use any redirection services apart from a payed domain is I buy one.... Who needs them? All they do is make an easy to remember and cool trap 17 url a stupid short advertised one. I hate them really. They can make your site look a bit better, but the adverts stop me from using them. I'm thinking of setting up my own server.. It would be http://forums.xisto.com/no_longer_exists/:[number] >_> I don't know. *Goes back on subject*. Ads are horrible. andyy15 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2005 well out of the other url redirects I know .tk shows ads. One of the reasons why I pointed isour.biz out is because it makes sense. If you think about it what makes more sense for a small business for example yourname.isour.biz or yourname.uni.cc or yourname.biz.ly? What does uni.cc and biz.ly really mean? Not really sure. And just another note isour.biz offers free re-directs without ads... read the aboutus page. (Xedos) People use redirects because a) they are cheaper then a .com and every good .com you can think of is taken for popular keywords.
