Ivan2000bd 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2008 dear all readers this is true. in this present sitution of the high raising fuel price we are deadlly in need of a change of the ingreadians in stead of patrol, octan, disel & others. what about water? no this is not a part of joke. this is damn truth. One of a person of our country had just make it truth. unvilivabily it is true that a vehicle can run by water. we just need to fix a special equipment with our vehicles ingine. then the machine will convert the hydrojen from water and supply it to the gas chanmber that would reduce the 50 % fuel consumption. if we can develop the idea the whole world would be be benefitted. this idea is going to be implemented soon. the implementation process is going on. moutonoir 0 Report post Posted August 9, 2008 This idea has been around for awhile; unfortunately, the catalyst required to make the reaction go under obtainable conditions was extremely expensive to obtain, negating the cost effectiveness. It looks like they've found a new catalyst though, so like you say, the process of developing it is going on. If this works out, it could probably be applied to other fuel-consuming products as well, and many of the relationships between oil producing/oil consuming countries would be significantly changed.
