Not bad, render could use some blending for the grunge effect and as for the fog drop the opacity down to like 90-93% and your fine.

I personally hate the fog effect. And it is in definite need of a border.

It's nice, I would suggest that you lower the fog effect a bit so you bring out the orange colors, and definately add a border, I think all sigs need a border
