From the interviews they have given it is going to be released for next generation consoles as well as PCs. The good side is that this means the machines will be powerful enough to run graphics that look like that. The new AI system also sounds really interesting, I'd be very tempted to follow an NPC for a while just to see what they do. I'm looking forward to it.
