yeh i was scammed once, he said buying whip my rules
so i put up my whip in a trade and he put up 1.7m, then he said wait, laggy then i said ok. then he put up 1.1m (hard to pick 1.1m from 1.7m) so i said ok. note: i was foolish to think ppl would buy whips for 1.7m

I was scammed by someone who didn't
follow-up on stuff I ordered online but
didn't get.

I have made this known to a polymer
clay group on Yahoo. There were
mixed reactions but if you visit the
scammer's website's shipping policy
(this was added after I complained them
to the BBB) they have a statement there
which said they can't guarantee your
receipt of your purchase. 'Scumbags' if
you asked me cos in this day, packages
can be tracked for their whereabouts
(via Fedex, DHL, etc).

NEVER ever buy from "Polymer Clay Express".
They have other "shop names" under them -
yes, physical shops in Baltimore. I would
have to fly there to have any kind of legal
action against them.

Then there is another kind of PETS-FOR-SALE
scam going on...

Never attempt to buy a pet that has to go on
board some airplane (free, just pay for "air").

Those pets don't really exist and usually pets
are EASILY bought by animal-lovers in the
sellers' own area. There are also extra licensing
requirements for different countries if you want
to export animals....so getting a domestic pet
from overseas is not "free" or cheap.

My other ADVISE:
1. Never buy virtual products unless refunds are
guaranteed, in case software/scripts do not work.
Paypal.com has NO GUARANTEE FOR REFUNDS
OF NON-PHYSICAL PRODUCTS.
2. Make sure the web scripts you're buying isn't
an out-dated version or unleash bugs on newer
Linux/Windows platforms (webhosting). Insist
on watching a demo - flash or video!
3. If you're asking for your money back - do so
within 3 months from date of purchase (through
your bank). This was the money i committed - i
waited too long to take action on stuff I bought
but never got!
