Hi-Tech is a leader in Integrated Plastic Tooling Solutions for the Injection Moulding Industry. The company specializes in the design, development and manufacturing of Injection moulds for PVC, PP-R, CPVC Pipe Fittings.

We have also developed and manufactured the moulds for Industries like Automobile Home Appliances, Audio-Video, Switch Gear, Power Tools, Television, Irrigation, Material Handling (crates). Caps & Closures. We also manufacture the moulds for Housewares, a major part of consumer product industry.

We have rich knowledge in manufacturing complicated, intricate and precision quality moulds. Hi-Tech also specializes in the complete development work, right from the concept of the product to product design, mould design and then finally the development of the moulds as per the requirements of the customer. We also develop the moulds for the Indian Railways and Defence under the strict confidential conditions as stated by the Customer doing the moulding jobs.

During 18 years of existence, we have manufactured more than 3000 moulds. Most of them are designed to run on fully automatic mode.

Apart from complete mould development, we do undertake the jobs pertaining to CNC Machines as per customer's requirement

Hi-tech team consists of Qualified Engineers, experienced Technicians & skilled Mold Makers.
