Nobody can answer this question. Why? Nobody knows what you look like. Yes, granted most people like long hair, i have long hair, but it all depends on what you look like (well at least when it comes to your hair). Nobody can answer unless they have a better idea of what you look like. And even then it all comes down to is opinion.

Though it may be frowned upon, it's not "gay" to have long hair. However, you should watch out though, for people may confuse you for a girl if they're behind you—assuming by "long", you mean "below or on the shoulders."And you may be better off visiting a barbor shop to check out some hair styles.

it usually depends on the person. there are people who wear long hair and they still look like a guy with it. there are trims that match long hairs for men. it should accentuate the look and not degrade it. it's funny that in our country, there are a lot of people who wear long hair and they look like girls already :) although our society usually wants men to look like men and not girls (by having a short haircut), it's not necessarily forced (although there are some schools that enforce a short haircut), and there are some that accept that whole-heartedly.i have very thin hair that's why i do a buzzed cut most of the time and i don't wait for it to grow longer. i used to struggle with my hair before and now i'm totally happy with a really short haircut.

i have seen a lot of guys with straghtend hair that don't look gay. long hair even. now if you were to cut the straightend hair into an emo like haircut it would look kind of gay depending on your facial feature. acually all emo hair cuts look gay. i hate worrying about my hair and how it looks so i usaully cut mine into a burr or a fade. some people say i look like a recrute or a naxi or something but hey they are the *BLEEP* that have to do there hair in the morning. plus my haircut looks decent with facial hair.

Well...I can't see how hair can qualify as "gay" considering that it does not have romantic leanings of any sort :)But seriously. The barber shop or salon usually has a stack of books featuring hairstyles. Some are just for men; others are just for women and still others have both. You can flip through the appropriate books to get a good idea of what you want in a hairstyle. Some guys look great with long hair. Others...not so much. It depends on your facial structure, how well you maintain your hair, et cetera. Only you can really decide if your long hair is right for you, though. :)

i agree, not that i have anything against gay people nor the style itself. but i guess if it accentuates the facial features, i guess it's okay.

well some people think the some haircut looks well on them. not really. some people think just because it's "in" doesn't mean it would fit them. i think it's a misunderstanding among most people. i remember when the taiwanese telenovelas became a hit in our country, you would already see a boom of haircut similar to those taiwanese actors, which was a bit funny in a way. i was never swayed by what's "in" when it comes to haircut. the haircut you should get should match your facial features, and even enhance these features.

Just remember, it's not the hair, it's the way you use it :)Around where I live, long hair is not what makes you gay, rather the style you put it in: the slicked back shoulder length hair with a hair band is pushing it, but a mullet is regarded as funny!

You have to be able to live with your hair, the rest of us just have to look at it. If you feel your looks are a 10 with long hair, the keep it. If not then talk to a stylist. A good stylist will take into account facial features, how much time you want to spend dealing with your hair every time you wash it and all that kinda stuff.

When it comes to anything, be it hair, clothing or what have you; listen to the people around you, but make the final choice for yourself!
