since I was 11 (5 years) or I started to really kick it in about 2 years ago.

I run basically all the contests, I must complete about 5-10 requests a week (if there are any open). I have to create tons of work to show everyone ( at least 3 a month) and I have to be friendly to the community.

tbh i got fired as a graphics crew, but im sure they will voe for me as a graphics crew member from before, and tramposch knows it, i just switched staffs their because graphics was getting old there, and they already had a lot so i decided to help out in general staff

You got some ok stuff just need to see some more work in order to get a better idea on what you can do.

Well, you need to post a link or something of that site proving that you do all these, we do need reference as truefusion said.

You've got some "ok" stuff but you need to first edit the post with some more work from you and even on a wider scale.
