does anyone know of a good framework for developing web applicationswith PHP. Building eveything from scratch is very tedious. So any experiencedPHP developers out there?Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I don't know if i got you correcly. It you're looking for some software to code PHP, Zend is the best.

I've heard Mambo is the best. But many use PHP Nuke as well
