With the current technology how it is microwaves can not get through the "force field" at all making whatever is inside of it invisible to microwaves. But they did a test recently that said if microwaves can not get through the field from the outside they can not get through the field from the inside. This translates to us using this as a claoking device in the following way: The technology would allow people or onjects tpo become invisible. But if people use it and they are surrounded by the force field they would not be able to see anything outside the field. This Occurs because of what I said above. The force field reflects the light so no light gets through the field. So the person trying to hide would be blind to the outside world. This is a definite disadvantage but this is a great leap in technology.
