If you need to track how many visitors you get on your site, referals, where they came from, etc..., then use: http://statcounter.com/ It's a free service. Takes about 30 secs to signup. I could also recommend Google Analytics, however if you do extensive research online between the 2, you'll see that statcounter is a clear winner. You can use https://www.google.com/analytics/, if you wish to track conversions and other business related activities. That's where Analytics excels over statcounter.
