Stupid People Who Can't Shut Up. I swear Im going to kill this guy.

Recommended Posts

You know what I don't understand. . .what the whole fascination is behind this phrase: "Your Mom." It is honestly one of the stupidest things I've ever heard come out of anyone's mouth, and so many people say it after everything that it not only makes them sound stupid, but they sound like jerks. This mostly comes up now because one of these stupid guys in here (I'm in a computer lab mostly by myself except for this nasty sophomore who won't shut up!) keeps insisting on not shutting his bad mouth! I really couldn't care that one of the computers is causing him problems. I really don't even like hearing his voice at all, and he acts so stupid and annoying. I wish he would stop saying my name and act like an immature pig. I hate the annoying guys who just won't leave well enough alone. Okay this probably doesn't make all that much sense but just think about it like this. I'm in an Adventist academy. These idiots aren't really supposed to act like how he's acting and really it's getting on my nerves. I swear I'm going to shoot him. My mother is dead and I wish he and other people wouldn't say such things as up above. I really don't like it when people act like jerks and all and even when I ask him nicely to just quit it get's worse. Back when I worked in this computer lab I'd had to kick him out three times. If I could, I would do it now. But instead, I sit here in silence. . .after the past half an hour. . .trying to ignore his stupidity! Aaaagh!

I hate 'your mom' so much too. I used to get so aggrivated that people would say it, its died down now, but forever my friends were always saying it. Its not even a good come back, and its not funny. My mother isn't dead, but my cousin's is and i always wondered how awful she must feel when and if someone does say 'your mom' to her. The whole phrase makes me angry.

I cant stand that phrase either. It makes a childish snit over anything and its annoying as s**t. Im sorry about the loss of your mother also. I know how it feels to lose a parent and I know a**wipes like the *BLEEP* in your class doesnt make it any easier. Good luck with motor mouth and his rude comments.

i have a question... are you the teacher or a fellow student, becasue i coulndt fibure this out but im guessing your the student but since you kicked him out a few times you might be the teacher...Either way tell your teacher or the vp at the school depending on who you are.Otherwise if you can get away with it just kick his **bottom** while walking out the door and say sorry i didnt mean to hit you...(you might get sent to the vp and get in house tho... but at least you may feel better and the other kid will end up being in there too being talked to haha)anyways i know what you mean theres some idiots in my computer class as well...

It really is overused, especially for something so crude to start with. When you talk to those types of people who are obsessed with using it, anything you ask them will either directly have to do with "Your mum" or they will find some way to attempt to make a witty remark regarding it.

Sometimes it can go too far, as some people really do take offense to it (and I can't blame them, when it comes down to people saying they were "doing your mom"). Ignoring them is best, really.

I'm in an Adventist academy. These idiots aren't really supposed to act like how he's acting and really it's getting on my nerves.

Yep, but people will and do. I'm sure it's like that in any school, no matter of whether it's religious based or not - there's gonna be someone immature enough to do something like that.

For a second, I thought that JasperIk was trying to make things worse - when he starts off with "I hate 'your mom' too...". I was thinking, I can't believe that somebody has the nerve to reply to ... oh! oops. That "your mom" expression is juvenile.I wouldn't ever go as far as killing somebody for disrespecting me - you may want to be careful posting things like "I swear, I'll shoot him" - especially if you ever wind up shooting him. :) Who is the real loser when things degrade to comments like this?Just hang in there - and continue to be strong. He's probably just sore that you kicked him out of the computer room.

There are certain phrases or slogans that go in and out of fashion with time, but "your mom" is one of those sayings that is stuck in an age group. Everyone who passes through that age group will have to put up with it for a year or two. Then you'll pass it and you'll see kids in five years saying it to each other.

Hey Teri.........

I can imagine your situation when someone can't stop talking even when you don't want to listen to them. But thats life! Its rather very hard to concentrate in such a situation. But just do one thing. Whenever you come across such people first of all try to ignore them after listening to their problem. Its always better to listen to their problems atleast once!! Then the situation becomes more on your side. Believe me it works. After some time if you gradually ignore them they will understand your situation too and will stop talking or complaining again.

This is the natural way of *BLEEP*-for-tat. If you listen to others problem once they will too try to understand your problem that you are finding it diificult to concentrate when that person speaks continuously. If you just scream at the person or give ugly gestures to avoid their talk they would be more interested in irritating you more. So just remember the trick to listen them atleast once. I hope it helps you in future. All the best!:)

My 17 year old co- worker at the pizza shop uses "your mom" all the time. Any time i say "hey Josh did you cut cheese?" he responds, "Your mom cut cheese" it angers me. and I notice alot of these kid susing it excessively. A few weeks ago, about 7 kids all youngens waiting for food: and every other responce out of them was "your mom!" and they all laughed liek it was the first time they had heard it.And a littel advise, if he keeps running his mouth. Star off off by hollaring " hey why are you looking at porn" loud enough for the teacher to hear it. I f all else failes, wait until no one is looking and beat him with the keyboard.

I understand your feeling. In a way I find talking in general annoying sometimes. I like peace and quite most of the time, maybe with some white noise from the TV. In a college environment I hear dumb immature phrases all the time. It makes me wonder if they ever did pass high school English some times. However, I am forced to watch the deterioration of the English language everyday, even on chat boards. I'm waiting for the day 2 replaces the word "to" and "too" for good. To me that would be a very said day. :)

I agree with everyone in front of me. That phrase is used way too much, especially in high school. I'm not even talking to them and they just come up to me and say that. Keep in mind that I'm a very quiet person at school so they have no reason to say that to me, I'm not even a threat! Hope you can figure that *BLEEP* out.

Actually, I'm a fellow student. Last year I worked as a lab monitor though, and I had permission to kick trouble causers and rabble rousers out as I saw fit. I never abused that power either. I never really kicked all that many people out. Just him and a few others if they made a rucuss or something.

anyways, i know what you mean, my mom died when i was younger, and people still say that, even after they know shes dead...

Dude! I lived in Ohio for the first seven years of my life! :) That's pretty interesting. :P And like you said. . .it's pretty popular still here. One of my best friends says it some times, and always beats his head on the wall right after he says it. "I'm So Sorry! I'm trying! Really! I am!"

Just hang in there - and continue to be strong. He's probably just sore that you kicked him out of the computer room.

I don't really plan on it. . .it was just the only term I could think of. He was like this before that though. He really has no reason. I'm close friends with his sister, and there's no family problems, and he's never lost anyone or even a pet or anything, and on and on. He's just a *BLEEP*.

And thank you to those who commented, although it's not a class. I was in there working on some homework on the computer, and he was fooling around. When I'm stuck on campus and I have things I need to do on the computer, and I can't go to the dorm because there's a long line wanting on them, I can't really just go somewhere else. I ended up smacking him though, really hard. He'd started printing something out and was getting all up in my face, said something really foul and then I slapped him. Doesn't usually feel good, but it did then. :P
