Upgrade Hosting Account how many time we can upgrade

As the title say ,how many times can I upgrade my hosting account from default package.And what is the maximum bandwith can I have for the month when my web is hosting at Xisto.com

There are only 2 packages offered. You only need to upgrade, if you apply for the basic package and then want more space. Otherwise, you post, earn credits and buy the larger package to begin with. All the answers you need are at:
