Forum Marker Request

I hope this is the right place/allowed since the other area is sig/banner request and this is "questions/request" under the "Other" section (so other requests maybe?)... if not then I appologize for my stupidity and misunderstanding.

 

I am requesting a Forum Marker, those are the images next to the Forum Headings, for example on the main page you have and

 

I don't see any guidelines here, so I'll try to describe it as good as I can:
